No type of fence is 100% safe. Horses are unpredictable animals. However, some types of fence are more dangerous to horses than others. We're going to look at some photos found on the Web and decide ... safe, or unsafe?

Barbed wire, loose and low.
These two look like pretty nice horses, from what I can see.
Why on EARTH are they kept in too low, too loose, too dangerous fence?
I believe providing the safest fence available—within our budgetary constraints—is one of the most important things we can do for our equine companions.
